crm setup ireland

Stop losing work in the inbox.

Most small businesses do not lose jobs to competitors. They lose them to a quote nobody chased and an enquiry nobody saw. A CRM is only worth having if it makes that stop.

who this suits

Signs the inbox is the CRM

  • Nobody can say how many enquiries came in last month
  • Quotes go out and then go quiet, with no one chasing
  • Customer history lives in one person's phone
  • Two people ring the same lead, or nobody does

this is for you if

What falls through the cracks.

Enquiries arrive by phone, form, WhatsApp and email, and land in four different places.

Every enquiry becomes one record with its source attached, whichever way it came in.

A quote goes out and nothing happens. Nobody remembers to chase it.

A follow-up is scheduled the moment the quote is sent, and it stays on the list until someone closes it.

The person who knows the customer is on holiday, so the job waits.

The history sits on the record — calls, quotes, notes — so whoever picks it up can carry on.

what you get

What gets set up.

One record per customer

Contacts, jobs, quotes and notes on one screen, with the fields your trade actually uses rather than the ones the software shipped with.

Capture from where enquiries really come

Website forms, missed calls and email create records automatically, tagged with where they came from so you can see what is working.

Follow-ups that do not depend on memory

A quote sent sets its own reminder. Anything gone quiet for a few days surfaces on a list instead of disappearing.

A weekly picture

How many enquiries came in, what stage they reached and what was won, assembled without anyone building a spreadsheet on Friday.

how it works

How the setup runs.

Map

A free 20-minute call. We follow one enquiry from first contact to invoice and find where it currently goes missing.

02

Set up

We configure the CRM around that path, connect the places enquiries arrive from, and move your existing contacts in.

03

Hand over

Your team is walked through it on real records, not a demo account, and you own every login from day one.

CRM setup starts at €1,900 including migration of your existing contacts. The mapping call is free and yours to keep either way.

Questions about CRM.

Which CRM do you set up?

Whichever fits the way you work and the budget. For most small Irish businesses that is an established, well-supported platform rather than something custom — you should be able to hire help for it later without ringing us.

We already have a CRM nobody uses. Can that be fixed?

Often yes, and it is usually cheaper than starting again. Software goes unused when it asks for data nobody has time to enter. We cut the fields back to what earns its keep and automate the rest.

What happens to the contacts we already have?

They come with you. Spreadsheets, phone contacts and old systems get cleaned and imported as part of the setup, and duplicates are merged before anyone starts using it.

Who owns the account?

You do, from day one. The subscription is in your name and we work inside it. Nothing here creates a reason to keep paying us to get at your own customer list.

Will the team actually use it?

Only if it saves them work on day one, which is why the setup starts from one real enquiry path rather than a feature list. If it needs more typing than the notebook did, it has failed.
