Alderbyte collects the details you send through the contact form or email so we can reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver agreed work. Typical enquiry data includes your name, contact details, business details, service interest, budget and message.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, DNS delivery and security and may process IP addresses and request metadata. Formspree processes contact-form submissions. Google Workspace receives and stores enquiry email. These providers process data under their own current terms and the settings in founder-controlled accounts.

Google Analytics measures page and enquiry activity only after the visitor gives the related consent. Google advertising measurement receives campaign and click attribution only after separate advertising-measurement consent. Optional attribution is not attached to a form submission without current measurement consent.

We do not sell personal data. We retain enquiry and project information only as long as needed to respond, deliver agreed work, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. Provider retention settings and deletion controls are reviewed before public launch.

If a project uses AI providers or automation platforms, we agree the purpose, data flow, access and retention approach with the client before production processing. Do not send payment details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive data through the general quote form.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, or object to relevant processing, by emailing hello@alderbyte.ie. You may also raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
