Questions before booking
How does payment work?
30% deposit to start, the balance after launch. Prices are ex VAT. The Care plan is monthly and can be paused or cancelled anytime.
Why is the custom package a 'from' price?
Because automation scope varies enormously. We map the process on a free call first, then quote a fixed number. You never get an hourly bill.
What if I need something between two packages?
Then you get a fixed quote for exactly that. The packages are starting points, not a menu you have to fit into.
Can a grant cover this?
Possibly, and we will not guess. Irish digital supports change, so we check current eligibility with your Local Enterprise Office before building any quote around a voucher.
What happens if you miss the launch date?
The price drops. The date is in the quote in writing, which is the only way that promise means anything.
