Questions about Care.
Do you take on sites you did not build?
Yes. We audit it first and tell you what state it is in. If it is beyond sensible patching we will say so rather than bill you monthly to hold it together.
What happens if the site is hacked?
We restore from a tested backup and close the way in. Recovery work on a site that was not under Care when it happened is quoted separately.
Is there a contract?
No. It is monthly, and you can pause or cancel anytime. Everything stays in your name throughout.
Does this cover GDPR?
It covers the practical upkeep: consent banner, cookie choices and policy pages kept current. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace a solicitor's review.
What is not included?
New pages, redesigns, new features and automation work. Small changes are included; anything that is really a new project gets its own fixed quote.
